1. Parties

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between AskAnzal Training (a trading name of AskAnzal Ltd, registered in England and Wales) ("we", "us", "our") and the individual or organisation purchasing or accessing training content ("you", "the Purchaser", "the User").

By completing a purchase or accessing any training content on this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Licence to Access Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access the purchased training modules and associated materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase ("Access Period").

This licence is granted to the named individual purchaser only. It does not extend to any other person, and it does not confer any ownership rights in the content.

Upon expiry of the Access Period, access to the platform and all content will cease unless the licence is renewed.

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

Corporate accounts: If your organisation requires multiple individuals to complete training, the appropriate number of seats must be purchased. Each seat provides one personal licence for one named individual. Volume discounts apply from 5 seats — contact [email protected].

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases on this platform are for digital training content which is made available immediately upon payment. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

This is in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provides that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content where the consumer has given prior express consent to the supply beginning before the cancellation period has expired, and has acknowledged that their right to cancel will thereby be lost.

No refunds will be issued once access has been granted, except where we are unable to provide the service due to a technical failure on our part. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on the AskAnzal Training platform — including but not limited to training modules, slide content, written materials, cheat sheets, scenario scripts, assessment questions, quiz content, certificates, course structure, branding, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of AskAnzal Training © AskAnzal Ltd. All rights reserved.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your licence to access content does not confer any right to reproduce, adapt, translate, sublicense, or otherwise exploit that content beyond the permitted personal use described in Section 2.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action including claims for injunctive relief and damages.

6. Certificates

Upon successful completion of a module assessment with a passing score, a certificate of completion ("Certificate") will be issued in the name of the individual who completed the training.

AskAnzal Training reserves the right to revoke a certificate if it is found to have been obtained in breach of these Terms (including through academic dishonesty or unauthorised sharing).

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform, without notice and without refund, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

Upon termination, your licence to access content is immediately revoked. No refund will be due in the event of termination for breach.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practicable. We accept no liability for loss caused by platform downtime outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskAnzal Ltd's total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
