Certificates & CPD

Download your certificates, track CPD hours, and share proof of completion.

1. Earning a certificate

A certificate is issued automatically when you complete all lessons in a module and pass the final quiz with a score of 80% or above. This usually happens within seconds of your quiz being submitted.

2. Downloading your certificate

  1. Go to My Certificates from your dashboard or the top navigation
  2. Find the course certificate you want
  3. Click Download PDF — your certificate opens as a PDF in a new tab

Each certificate shows your full name, the course title, date of completion, pass score, and CPD hours awarded. It is signed with the AskAnzal Training logo.

3. CPD hours

Every course carries a CPD value based on estimated study time (e.g. a 60-minute course = 1 CPD hour). Your total CPD hours are displayed:

  • On your dashboard under "Total CPD Hours"
  • On each individual certificate PDF
  • On the Certificates page as a running total
💡 Tip: AskAnzal Training courses are designed to align with ABPI/PMCPA and GVP continuing professional development requirements. You can use your certificates as evidence of CPD evidence for audits or regulatory inspections.

4. Sharing with your employer or regulator

Download the PDF and attach it to emails, upload it to HR systems, or include it in an audit file. Each certificate has a unique reference number that can be verified on request.

If your company admin needs to pull completion records for the whole team, they can do this from their Company Admin dashboard — they don't need to ask individual learners for certificates.

5. Certificate expiry

Certificates currently do not have a built-in expiry date. However, the ABPI Code is updated periodically — when a major update occurs, a refresher module is released and you will be notified by email.

PMCPA and GVP require annual retraining for certain roles — we recommend completing any refresher modules when they're available to keep your CPD record current.
